Chris founded Chris Mac Fitness in 2013 and opened At the Fitness Centre in 2014 a successful trainer, who helps his clients achieve and maintain their goals of health, fitness and weight loss. He is a fitness enthusiast, an energetic motivator and ready to help you succeed.

Fitness and health is so important to me. I really enjoy training myself. It helps me feel good, reduces stress and keeps my body fit and healthy and my mind clear.I feel that everyone should be training/exercise and eating right, not just to look good, but to feel fantastic. Life is so much better when we work out, we’re less stressed, we’ve more energy and confidence levels soar.

I’ve been through it all myself(obese as a teenager). I know how difficult taking that first step can be. My life changed when I started training and eating clean and I’ve never looked back since.
