It is with trepidation that I am sharing these photos…March this year was when I was personally at my lowest. I was diagnosed with chronic pain and chronic fatigue. I felt and looked awful. It was with the motivation, support and guidance from Chris that has helped me to shed 27 pounds, tone up and change my mind set. I do feel like a different person and when I look at these photos it is like looking at 2 very different people. So no matter what your personal story is, help is always on hand. Since joining at the fitness centre over six months ago I have seen some fantastic results. I have dropped a dress size, i’ve gained muscle and i am a lot stronger! As a person who would’ve always focused on cardio based exercise I was a bit sceptical when I began weight training but i soon began to love it and i decided to give powerlifting a go and six months later the results speak for themselves! One of my proudest moments at the gym was bench pressing 52.5kg and setting the female gym record! I can see weight training as always being a part of my life from here on in. A massive thank you to Chirs Mc and his team for their fantastic training and continued support! Come to at the fitness centre you won’t be disappointed.

I had been attending classes for awhile in at the Fitness Centre,but wanted to shift the final 9 pounds so I joined one of the weight loss programs and guess what I lost 11 pounds.I feel fantastic and I continue to train every week.
I suffered from chronic shoulder and lower back pain for many years which prevented me from participating and benefiting, in an exercise programme. Since starting my personal training programme tailored to suit my needs. I have noticed huge improvements in my shoulder and back flexibly and strength which has reduced the pain significantly. My energy and fitness levels have increased along with my confidence. Unlike many gyms this gym has that personal touch. You are greeted my name as you walk in and not considered just another member. There is a great variety of classes. The trainers here are very knowledgeable & enthusiastic….
